The sensation of twitching in the shoulder can be attributed to due to injury or compression of the nerves due to the trauma.
Symptomatic relief from pain & inflammation can be obtained by taking analgesics like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol along with Serratiopeptidase. And Vit B6, B12 & Folic is needed to take care of any injury to the nerves.
So, kindly consult a Neurologist & get a proper physical examination done, including nerve conduction studies.
