Tubal Blockage, TB In Uterus, Prescribed AKT4, Planning For Child. Next Step?
Good evening Sir, My wife is 24 years old and we are planning for the child... We had consulted the doctor and understand that she has one tube blockage in uterus and also she has TB problem in uterus.. Doc has advised to take the medicine AKT 4 for 2 months which she has taken now..Can you kindly advise what is the next step.

Hello,
If tests to check patency of tube was done recently, then you can undertake follicular monitoring and if she is ovulating normally try to conceive.One tube is enough to conceive.This can be done for few cycles to see if she gets pregnant naturally.If not then doctor's assistance can be taken.
If tests very done long back, then tests should be undertaken once again to know current status of tubes. Then depending test results course of actions can be decided.
YOU WIFE SHOULD COMPLETE TAKING ANTI TUBERCULOUS DRUGS FOR 6 MONTHS (TOTAL) AND HAVE A RECHECK OF HER TUBES TO KNOW WHETHER THE BLOCK IS RELEIVED OR NOT
