Trying To Conceive, Under Follicular Study, One Follicle Has Ruptured, One On The Way, Taken HCG Injection. Chances Of Eggs Getting Ovulated In The Same Cycle On Different Days?
hiii doc...iam 28Y...from 4 years onwards we r trying to concieve....last 2 times i had 2 missed abortions due to baby heart beat not started....from last 3 cycles i used SEPHENE 100mg tabs & Duphaston tabs....and done the folicular scan every month....last two months 2 foliciles ruptured and ovulated...but not concieved.....this month also done the folicular monitoring...on 14th day one follicular ruptured and other one is ready to rupture....doc given me the HCG Injection ....is it other one is also ruptured...i just want to know two eggs ovulated in same cycle in diff days....

Most of the times,after rupture of one follicle,other follicles regress
but,rarely,ovulation can occur twice in different days in same cycle&
fertilization can occur known as superfecundation(twins).
But,this thing is very rare&you should hope for the best
