Hello....me and my partner decides three months ago to not get my next depo and try for a baby. So its been three months since my last shot and I spotted and bleed since the first shot anyway October 3rd I had a full on period for 5days and haven't seen any blood since but...I have gained 15 pounds in two weeks...very much larger and painfully sore breasts...lots of chest pain.....mood swings.....constipation.....I get soooo tired after not doing much at all....unusual headaches and body aches including abdominal pains.....also had a milky whit discharge yesterday and now today its a brown milky discharge I've taken plenty tests the are negative could this be pregnancy or a bigger issue. As your LMP date was 3rd October and you are trying for baby, then you have to wait few more days till your date in case of 28-30 days cycle. Above clinical features are quite common in early pregnancy.
Early home pregnancy test is less significant. Here, you need to repeat home pregnancy test soon after missed period and after 1 week for confirmation. Milky discharge is due to progesterone hormone.
Other causes could be PMS (2nd most common), hormonal imbalance, mental stress, withdrawal effect of DEPO shot, pelvic or vaginal infection, ovarian cyst etc.
TVS scan and hormone test will be more useful investigations to pinpoint the diagnosis after exclusion of pregnancy.
Kindly, consult with your gynecologist for proper guidance. Till then, maintain genital hygiene properly and wear tight breast support. Good luck.
