Trying To Conceive. Had Multiple Miscarriages. Missed Periods. Pregnancy Test Showing Negative. Why?

hello sir, i am 32 yrs and had 3 miscarriages , now i am trying to concevie but i am not able to all my test are normal and last month i has taken siphene 200mg from the 2 day of my cycle this month i skipped my periods this is my 5th day after skipping my period but my pregrancy test done from home shows negative , wht should i do now?

Welcome to HCM.
Have an ultrasound done, if not available, if not available repeat the urine test in the morning one week after the first test. It does not seem that your problem is being able to fall pregnant, but rather to maintain the pregnancy. As soon as you are confirmed pregnant you should be under specialist care, to monitor your progress.
