My Triglycerides is 2612 mg/dL, Cholestrol is 252 mg/dL, Direct HDLC is 16 mg/dL, Glucose Serum (Fasting) is 98 mg/dL, Creatinine Serum is 1 mg/dL, TSH is 7.54 mIU/mL, Free T4 IS 11.70 pmol/l, ALT is 20 U/L CK is 107 U/L How can I bring Triglycerides level whithin the limit?

Diet control is the chief mode as to control the levels. reduce intake of fatty foods, calories. increase the intake of protiens and essential amino acid and vitamins and minerals. Indulge into regular exercises. yoga, Pranayam at regular basis has also been found to be effective.
