Avoid triggers in diet as Fish, bringels, potatoes,rice.
Local steroid and antibiotic cream as Clobet GM first 15 days three times then two times for 15 days. If u got releif decrease the frequency of using cream. Dont stop abruptly.
You may take T. cetrizine 10 mg once or twice a day as severity of itching.
If Cetrizine not effective u may take T. Atarax (hydroxizine) .25 od in night hours only because it has high sedative effect.
Keep touch with nearby physician
