Hi,
You seem to have a gastric ulcer. The black stool comes from the bleeding at the ulcer surface, and the pain as well.
If I were your doctor, I would ask you if this pain is related to food intake, or to some specific kind of food.
Usually people feel this pain worsen when they smoke, drink alcohol, eat chocolates, with spicy or fried food.
So I would recommend you to stop all of the above mentioned foods, and start a PPi treatment with Omeprazole 20 mg once a day for 4 weeks.
Your doctor will need to check for H. Pylori infection, and start on antibiotics, with amoxicilline and clarithromycine being the most effective ones.
So, please, see your GI doctor, and start a treatment.
I hope I have helped you.
Wish you good health!
