Treatment For Head And Neck Pain Due To Low Thyroid?

hello I would like to know what may be causing my problems I am 43 female and I have low thyroid and take medicine for that also I am in a lot of pain in my body everyday.I can hardly get out of bed in the morning and I have been having dull aching pain in the back of my head and neck also I am so tired that I can not do everyday house chores because I don't have the energy for this

Hypothyroidism can cause aches and pains in the body and muscle weakness etc. However these symptoms improve once you start treatment. I hope your THYROID function tests are normal now.

another important reason for diffuse body ache is vitamin D deficiency. Please get your blood calcium and vitamin D levels done. You may also need a CPK levels of you have muscle pain. A correct diagnosis and treatment plan can only be made after examination . Please meet your GP and they will arrange focused investigations and treatment.
