nHello. 5months a go a stepped wrong on my balcony because no space. i felt and heard a snap under my knee area (lower leg). and my foot had an loosened feeling. but i thought everything will be fine.the next month while i was.busy i twisted my foot this time. waited for a.minute or so and continued going to my part time job.the.next day i had pain at my ankle side on walking. and i continued working for 10 more days, i worked every day. as soon as i wore slippers to work , i thought it would help me, it worsened. and i used anti swelling or sprain chinese medice spray ,yunnan aerosal spray.eventually 10 days after my twisting of foot i went to see the doctor in hospital. my ankle was clicking by moving it in any direction.did x ray nothing found. he told me to buy an ankle brace. and that i have peroneal subluxation. but i thought i have also a sprain here.now since.2weeks(used ankle brace for more than 3 months) i stopped using ankle.brace . and stopped working since 6 weeks
