Treatment For Foot Pain, Swelling, Difficulty Walking After Injury?

I kicked my foot out of frustration. Now it hurts to put pressure on my foot, to where it's difficult to walk. slight swelling. I can still move it. And feels better when it's elevated. It happened about 20 minutes ago. Didn't feel it right away but hurts pretty bad now.
Serious? Or just a sprain?

Hi,

I have read your query.

You should not be worried about that.

You should get xray of foot in AP and oblique view. Then consult with your doctor.
Your doctor will do your physical examination and compare his findings with xray.

Then your final diagnosis be made.

Till then take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination in morning , afternoon and evening by discussing it with your doctor.

Try to elevate your affected foot when ever possible.
