Took Spas Tablets. Period Has Stopped. Have Pain In Back And Knees. Cause?

i am 21 years old and unmarried (female ) i have taken maftel spas tablets during my period on 2nd day of period and the next day was little flow and then period stopped but still i have pain in back and knees and the pain is like in 1st day of period
could you tell me doctor what i should do and is that happened because of that tablets ???

meftal spas is an antispasmodic drug.it is not a haemostatic.
it only cures the pain part.
if bache and knee pain is there better take ibuprofen plus paracetamol combination.
