Tiny White Bumps On Foreskin, Bunch Of Clusters On Shaft, Filled With White Fluid. Causes?

Hi doctor, I am 18 years old, I have alot of tiny white bumps under my foreskin not on the spongy part on my shaft. There are clusters of around 20 a cluster spread to my corner lip. This goes from lines going from top to bottom I have a bunch of cluster on my shaft going around my shaft. I don t think is fordyce spots . There filled with white liquid and come above surfaces.

you are just 18 year old.Its nice to see you come out with your problems.
There is possibility of your symptoms being of warts,or a skin related problem.However its hard to pin point on anything.Hence it is advisable to talk to your urologist about the problem and get a detailed examination done.Also a detailed history about your sexual exposure and other contacts will help.
