Tingling Sensation On Tip Of Urethra, Redness On Glands. Had Unprotected Sex. STD?

hi, 31 M. i am suspecting i have an std. i had regretful unprotected encounter 7 days ago with someone i briefly met. mostly it was mutual oral but very brief insertion without ejaculation.
i do not have any cold sores or rashes. but there is some tingling sensation on tip of urethra. it is not painful but just a sensation. I did have some redness on the glans but it is not painful. there is no pain when i pee ot otherwise.

please advise

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have tingling sensation on the tip of your penis after unprotected vaginal and oral sex with woman whom you are not familiar about.
This is most likely to be STD of the nature of Herpes.
