Tingling Sensation In The Penis, Urge To Pee After Masturbating. Reason?

I masturbated two hours ago, and pooped in the bathroom afterwards. A little while later I had a tingling sensation that continued as if I had to pee, but had an empty bladder . I tried taking a shower and lying down to shake the comfort. A possibility is that I wiped my penis with with a tissue and that might have irritated it.

The masturbation became a bit rough and resulted in some bruise in the urethra opening or somewhere in the mucous membrane. This caused inflammation of the area. Irritation in urethra always urges to urination even when the bladder is empty.
