Thank you for your query. Sometimes, spleen (a vascular organ in the left of the stomach) may become enlarged and result in a dragging or crawling sensation like yours. This can enlarge due to various causes like some infection (kala azar, dengue, malaria, certain fungal infections etc), certain blood disorders (like leukemia etc) or some autoimmune condition. If I would have seen a patient with your complaints, I would have suggested an Ultrasound of the abdomen to find out the definite condition, and manage accordingly.
