Tight And Stiff Hands. Diagnosed As Psoriasis, Taking Steroid Cream. Do I Have Arthritis? Treatment?

the dermatologist diagnosed me w psoriasis on pALMS OF HANDS AND SOLES OF FEET. I have a steriod cream which worked on my hands after 1-2 months now my feet are worse and itching so bad ! my hands have become tight and stiff. was is going on? how long should I stay on the cream and do I now have arthritis ? what can I do to get relief ???

Thank for choosing HCM, Any dermatological condition need keen observation of gross appearance of skin lesion "Art of Looking" so in all skin lesion one should go to a competent Dermatologist,, you better consult one, have nice day.
