Tickling Inside Penis, Burning When Pee, Done Intercourse In Different Position. Is It Some Kind Of Nerve Damage?

Hello,

I started dating and after a while I've started having a constant tickling inside my penis close to the top. But when I pee it burns instead of tickling (relieving the tickle for a little while). I trust my partner, but I am not sure yet about what it is. There are no external signs. In case it helps, one time during the intercourse we were in a different position and the same spot started burning (the condom seemed to be sucked a little bit into my penis's hole). Is it some kind of nerve damage ? Should I stop intercourse for a while ?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Due to forceful ejaculation there develops mild bruise in side urethra in penis.
When urine passes it provide relief due to its antibacterial activities .
As you mentioned that there is no bumps or discharge from penis, so no need of any concern. No test require.
Good luck. Dr. HET
