Throbbing Headache, Feel Dizzy, Nauseous After Hitting The Head. Should I Worry ?

Hi, I banged my head today. It didn t feel too hard and it was at the back of my head. It hurt initially and I had a minor throbbing headache for a while after. Headache mostly gone now. But I do feel a bit dizzy and was nauseous before and am quite fatigued. I don t have a history of head injury or anything like that. Should I be very worried?
