There are some pus in my MRI report and i am having buttock pain

hi. i m from pakistan, i have pain in lift buttock since 30 days. i done MRI and doctor advise me diltacortril , naproxin , tizadine , but no improment . doctor told me about MRI that there r some pus. plz tell me wath should be

As per history and MRI there is pus as buttock region and intense pain. For that you should take antibiotics analgesics anti inflammatory drugs. Some times a long course needed to irradicated the infection.
