Terrible Pain In Neck, Spot On Collarbone Which Is Painful. What Could Be This?

For a few weeks I have had a terrible pain in my neck. Recently I found a spot right above my collarbone on the left side that if I barely touch, it's an intense pain . I can barely touch it , it' gives an instant very painful jolt . Now, I have a constant pain from left side of neck through left shoulder blade. It's getting worse. I'm getting scared .
