Hi,
According to your symptoms, it looks as though you need a complete evaluation by a physician. The causes could be anemia, hypoglycemia, hypertension, hormonal imbalance and unhealthy cervix. A gynecological examination also would be needed to know the cause of the spotting; a trans-vaginal sonogram along with a pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy are needed. Please take plenty of water to see if the color of the urine turns normal. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
