Tenderness In Ovary, Swelling In Groin, Pressure Sensation, No Fever, Tightening Of Vocal Chords And Esophagus. Done CAT Scan. Suggest?

About six weeks ago I had a Pap test with some tenderness in the left ovary area. Three days later I started swelling in the groin area all across the pelvic bone from left to the right side. Now the swelling has gone into my waistline I have a large area swollen on my left side of my waist. i have a lot of pressure because I feel like all of my organs are being pushed by the swelling. I had an intravaginal sonogram the gynecologist told me there was nothing wrong with my ovaries. My pap came back normal also. I insisted that the doctor run a test for the ovarian cancer. She reluctantly did and told me it wasn't a very reliable test. The counts apparently came back on the high side of the middle of the test she said a "grey" area. I've had no fever but have been totally . Been under an extreme amount of stress and as soon as I have gotten any bad news I immediately have difficulty talking and breathing. Don't think it's asthma I think it's just a tightening of my vocal chords and esophagus due to stress. I just had a cat scan of the groin and pelvic area done today. I'm freaking out that it is some kind of cancer I tried to get them to do a urinalysis to see if I had a kidney or bladder infection, But they insisted on the CAT scan first. Sorry I ran on so long but do you have any advice or suggestions of what it could be?.
