HELLO N WELCOME. BOTH OXYCODONE N VALIUM CAN CAUSE NAUSE , OXY CAUSES CONSTIPATION TOO. I WOULD ADVISE CAP NEXUM 40 MG N TAB NOSPA FORTE, BOTH ORAL BUT IF UNABLE TO, CAN BE GIVEN INJ NOSPA , INF NEXUM 40 MG IN 100ML PLADEX IV STAT. IF THE PAINS DONT IMPROVE A GENERAL SURGEON SHOULD CLINICALLY EXAMINE THE ABDOMEN TO RULE OUT ACUTE ABDOMINAL COMPLICATIONS. THANX
