Teenager. Small Pus Filled, Itchy Spots Under Penis And Scrotum With Bad Odour. Diagnosed Rash From Shaving. Right Diagnosis?

Hello there

I am a 17 year old male I have many little small pus filled spots on my penis and scrotum that sometimes itch. I have popped a few and there is a bad odor coming from them. There are also some bigger spots on penis and all of the spots are on the underside of the penis.
I've had really small spots for about 3 years, but I just thought perhaps that's puberty, but now I realise it is not and is an infection of some kind.
I've seen a doctor, and he just said it was barber's rash from shaving, but I wouldn't suspect that barbers rash spots would rich the head of the penis.

thanks for sharing your concern ,

as per your clinical presentation it seems you have an infection caused by staphylococcus which spreads to all other neighboring areas due to your itching wherein you break the skin and help the microorganism to invade...
relax need not worry as the condition is curable ;just visit a dermatologist where he/she will prescribe you an antibiotic drug and an ointment to apply over the area..
kindly avoid itching ,maintain proper hygiene ..
