Teenager. Slender Enlargement, Itchy, Irritating, And Painful Clitoris. History Of PCOD. Possible Clitoromegaly?
I am a female... Age-19 yrs. I am a medical student (mbbs 1st year) from india. My clitoris is showing a slender enlargement since a week or so now! I have been suffering from PCOD for past few years. Is it serious? What may be the cause for this outgrowth? It is irritating, itchy & painful at times! Is masturbation related to it in anyway? Can it be clitoromegaly?

first of all good luck for you in your medical study . well are you on a specific treatment for PCOD ? or did you change your medication lately ? and when was your last time to check on your PCOD status ? a hormonal profile might be helpful in this case to make sure that its not clitoromegaly .
for mastrubation i don't think it causes clitoromegaly but it could cause irritation and itchiness if there is no proper hygiene or excessive rubbing to such a sensitive area.
