Teenager. On Birth Control. Burning And Itching In Vagina After Having Sex And When Urinating. No STDs. Help

Hi there I am a 17 year old female, I have been sexually active for 8 months now. I don't use condoms during sex because I am on the birth control needle and my boyfriend and I have been together since we were 13 we both never had sex with anyone else but each other and we both got tested negative for any STD's.
about a month ago everytime after sex I would get this horrible burning and itching sensation on the outside of my vagina. it wouldn't happen during sex just right after once we stopped. me and my boyfriend both thought about what it could be and we realized that it only happens when he ejaculates in me so he stopped doing that and it never happened again.
But about week ago I was laying in bed and I noticed that my vague was really itchy so I went and took a cold cloth (just water) and started to wash it and then it started to burn a little and got really sore so I stopped. It hurt and burned for about an hour after that. The soreness and itchiness is only on the outside of my vagina right around the opening.
So We didn't have sex or do anything like that for a week. I put some cream my mother told me to use because she used it when she had a yeast infection (I thought maybe that could be what is was) and it seemed like everything would be fine it wasn't hurting or itchy at all that whole week. But when we had started to have sex it hurt alot when he tried to put it in me. It felt like my vagina opening tightened up and he was like ripping it back open so I sucked it up and told him to keep going because the pain went away. But aftermarket finished up I got the burning and sore feeling so I went to take a pee and then it felt like it was on fire like I was going to throw up it was so bad. So I put some more of the cream on it and laid down in bed. After about a hour the soreness went away.
Now it doesn't itch at all and it doesn't hurt unless I start to put just one finger like 1 cm in the opening. And it only hurts in one small spot not my whole vagina opening like it does when I have sex.
I have no idea If maybe I cut myself or its an infection.
There's no unusual smell or discharge
I don't have a burning sensation after I urinate except for that one time after sex.
I always use a cloth with cold water to wash down there every morning and every night
I use separate cloths for my vagina and my behind
I don't always pee or wipe myself after sex which I know I should
And about a week ago my boyfriend had some infection thing that he thought it was jock itch from not washing his cup after baseball games. The tip of his penis was swollen and red it was peeling, it had a horrible smell and he said it was really itchy but it went away on its own in like a week. We didn't have sex when he had that though.
Please help,

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

If both of you never haD sex other than your partner then it is unlikely to be due to any major STDs.
As you rightly pointed out your problem may either be due to yeast infection or an vaginal injury and secondary bacterial infection.
Yeast infection will not get cleared totally unless it is treated adequately and your boy friend also has to be treated as he also seems to have symptoms.
If you have vaginal injury antibiotics and abstinence from sex till complete healing will help you. Seek a physician's help. They will guide you better.
