Taking Sinarest Tablet For Headache. Only Temporary Relief. Is It Sinus Or Migraine Pain?

Hi, I am 34 years old man, I am having a stabling type headache on left side of head for last 5-6 days, i have not show any doctor yet. I am taking sinarest tablet to get relief from this pain , i need at least two tablets per days, I never have this kind of headache ever. After taking sinarest i feel free from pain for nearly 7-8 hours , then again the headache start and it is so painfull that i have to take another tablet. Please suggest me what could have happened is it Sinus or migraine pain ? or something more serious.

Hi,

Your description of the type of headache is not very clear and complete. Nothing much can be made out if it is sinus headache or migraine or something else. As it is less than a week old, you can continue taking paracetamol tablet (which is also present in Sinarest) and see if it subsides in couple of days. Avoid any tension as this could also cause headache; avoid any triggers that may be causing headaches like loud sound or prolonged exposure to sunlight etc. Headache could be due to ENT, eye conditions or neurological or generalised body conditions. Visit a general physician or an ENT specialist or a neurologist if it is not subsiding even after few more days.

Sreenivasan
