Taking Rigevidon. Have Unprotected Sex. Have Stomach Cramps, Nausea. Worried About Pregnancy

Hi im in the pill called rigevidon and i take it all the time like im suppose to and i come off it when im suppose to, i was on the pill before and then i had the implant but now im back on the pill again, the doctor said that i can run 2 courses in a row and have a period every 6 weeks and i never forget to take it but me and bf always have unprotected sex and for the past 3 days ive been getting really bad stomach cramps and going on food and drinks that i usually like, also the smell of stuff is making me feel sick, my bf is getting worried just incase im pregnant so i dont know what i should do

Like all medicines, Rigevidon can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. These side effects have been reported in women using the pill, which can occur in the first few months after starting Rigevidon, but they usually stop once your body has adjusted to the pill.
Some side effects as reported by manufacturers of rigevidon are severe pain in your abdomen (known as acute abdomen) and the most commonly reported undesirable effects (affects more than 1 in 10 women) are irregular bleeding, nausea, weight gain, tender breasts and headache.
Now, it is possible but rare to become pregnant while taking the pill. I suggest you wait like for 2 weeks then conduct a pregnancy test.
See a doctor if you feel worst.
