Taken Primolut N, I-pill, Missing Periods. Suggestion?

hi I had taken a Primolut N pill ( 2 of them ) one day each sometime back to delay my periods coz I was participating in an event. Then I also happend to take a Ipill ( contraceptive pill) to avoid pregnancy few days later . I still havent got my periods ( its over 10 plus days) . Pl advise if i need to get myself checked . Right now no symtoms at al

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You have taken progestin hormonal tablets for postponement of your period.
If you had unprotected sex and took I pill to avoid conception.

Usually these contraceptive pills are effective in preventing pregnancy but they are not 100% .

Now your period is delayed we need to rule out pregnancy first take urine pregnancy test if negative you can wait for few days if your period comes it may be due to hormone imbalance.

If pregnancy is positive (Less likely) you will be required to consult Gynecologist for further management. You can also get blood test Beta HCG which more sensitive than urine test.
