Taken Ibuprofen And Mobic For Tailbone Injury. Blood In Stool. What Next?

I fell about 3 weeks ago hard on my tailbone. I knew immediately I injured my tailbone. Put ice on it and took ibuproben and Mobic. I am walking in Maui every day, no pain. However, I am having a lot of blood in my stool every two days. I had a colonostomy at the end of July and it was clear, so I m thinking this blood in my stool is a result of this injury. I am a 58 yr old woman in excellent health, normal weight, no medication. What next?
