Hi Welcome to HCM ,
Your sugar is borderline high and need to be evaluated further to find diabetic status ,
your lipids are accepted level ,
but your TMT is borderline positive in that case i would like to suggest you to take one antiplatelets and one statin as preventive aspect and continue for next 6 months to one year than again repeat TMT and see any progress in st changes ,
consult your family physician and plan your treatment ,
adopt healthy life style ,
adopt healthy food habit
Take good quantity of fresh fruits, fresh green leafy vegetables,
Take whole grain food like brown bread, brown rice, whole wheat, oatmeal, popcorn,
Avoid saturated food item like fried food, ghee, butter, red meat, organ meat like liver, kidney and seafood like prawns, crabs, egg yellow if you are non-vegetarian
Do regular walking , Do stress relaxing yogas ,
Stay away from any kind of addiction ,
take care
