I ve got swollen tonsils and i find it difficult to swallow any advice on what it could be?

as per the history here, it seems like tonsils & wud be definitely helpful if we had a facility for an image here. However, My advice to you would be to consult a Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT specialist) for further examination in detail. I would like to suggest U for salt water gargle & check if the difficulty reduces.
