Swollen Testicles After Removal Of Cather, Has To Pull Back To Urinate, Heavy, Uncomfortable. Solution ?

A friend of miine said that after they took out his cather last week that he started to swell. his testicles are almost as large as a grapefruit and he said that he has to pull back the skin to urniate. he walks but he holds it up with his hands due to he stated that it was heavy and it unconfortable when he walks,this is regards to a friend

Welcome to HCM.
It could be to infection followed by catheterization spread to the testicles.
You have to start antiboiotics like oflox/ornidazole,Nsaid for pain.
Wear proper under garment to support the scrotum.
Also go for complete blood test,urine test and USG for complete diagnosis and medical management.
Consult your treating doctor.
