Swollen neck, irritated throat, soreness, swollen lymph nodes, pressure and pain in eyes. Cause?

my neck is always swollen, they have tested my thyroid and it is said to be normal. my throat always seems irritated but not sore and I have swollen lymph nodes and a lot of ear pain/pressure with pressure behind my left eye. I had nasal surgery a couple of years ago but always seem to get sinus infections all the time. What is causing all this

thanks for your question..
I think you must have some allergic rhinosinusitis as a causative for such a condition. Allergic sinusitis causes post nasal drip and that leads to repeated attacks of sore throat. Already you undergone some sinus surgery and againe you feel sinus pathology that means there are certain allergens repeatedly causing such attacks. allergens like dust, pollens, fumes, cold water, very hot water, any eatable so you must have to find out such allergens and better to avoid such things. Now just take one topical steroidal nasal spray Like Furamist nasal spray. thank you so much.
