I ve had an EMG , MRI s, and blood work done to see if anything was wrong. All my tests came back fine. We ve tried physical therapy , massages, pain killers, and tried going to a chiropractor. None of which helped. Can you help?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
As there are swollen lymph nodes in the neck and area around collarbone is sensitive, requires evaluation of your case.
There might be having some infection in surrounding area like chest, axilla, scalp, throat etc.
Consult physician and get investigated.
Ok and bye.
