Swollen Left Testicle, Hard Patches Of Skin, Itchiness. Tried Anti-inflammatory Medication. Cure?

i had a swolen left testicle on thursday it felt like my hairs where getting snagged on my testicles, i went to bed and woke up in the night with hard skin patches in places( not lumps ) they have become a bit itchy since. i have taken anti deflammitries and that has helped the swelling , but the hard skin patches and itchyness is still there?? please advice.

It can be caused by few things. Most commonly there is just irritation or allergic reaction, but you should consider urinary infection or STD so do swab test and urine analysis. It might be necessary to treat this with antibiotics. WIsh you good health.
