Swollen, Itchy Vagina, Stinging Anus During Urination. History Of Having Keyhole Surgery For Removal Of Cyst In Ovary, Suctional Miscarriage. Thoughts?

i had keyhole surgery to remove a 16cm cyst on my left ovarie, they had to remove my left ovarie as there was no healthy tissue, i also misscarried twins and had to have them removed suction was used, its now just over 4 weeks on and my vagina is so swollen and itchy and my anus is to it stings when i wee like ive got a sore down there, was was on antibiotics but only took 3days worth and that was last week, what could this be?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Antobiotics after any interventional procedure for a duration of at least 7-14 days is mandatory in all individuals to prevent infections, to which such an individual would be susceptible. What you could be experiencing are symptoms of an infection, and so I would recommend a visit to your doctor at the earliest.
