Swollen, Cracked, Peeling In Fingers, Itching, Rash, Bruises. Any Ideas?

my thumbs and one little finger are severly swollen,cracked and peeling skin.my hole body itches maimly my lower back has rash,my lower legs,my abdomen and I have been getting bruises that I don't know why and also just lightly bumpins my skin causes it to bleed.I have been to dermatologist,internal medicine doctors and the only way they have been able to get it to clear up is prednisone.do you have any idea what this might be

It is allergic disorders numbers of reasons are there for this, the most common is autoimmune disorders, and this be should be taken in to account first ( If you do not taking any medicine) what ever the reason of it but the line of treatments remains some what same, it will go away even if you do nothing, have nice day.
