Swollen Breasts, Moodiness, Irregular Periods,blood Clots. Pregnancy Test Is Negative. On Trigestrel. Any Advice?

Hi doctor I just started using trigestrel, 2month ago I was on the 2 month injection and stopped cause it made my cycle complicated, I experience swollen breasts and moodiness and other things so I decided to change to the pill. I tested for pregnancy and it was negative, went on my periods a week ago and this morning began on the pill, started spotting heavily and had some blood clots, I would like to knw is it normal and if I should continue with rhe pill

Since you are taking the birth control pill regularly, pregnancy is not likely. The irregular periods may be related to hormonal disturbance, stress and anxiety. These are likely to become regular on regular use of oral pills.
