Swelling Right Temple Head. What Can This Be Concerned ?

I fell and hit the right temple of my head, teh swelling has gone down. Today teh second day after this accident I woke up ok but began to fell dizzy with difficulty focusing after an hour or two. What can be the cause I am 32 years old with no physical health complaints. I fell down two days ago and hit hit my right temple. I was not unconscious but had a brief headache with swelling to the head. There was pain to the right side when I tired to eat later. The swelling has decreased. However, I woke up fine today but after a few hours began feeling dizzy and unable to concentrate. What can this be concerned. I have not visited my doctor , and ice was applied to the area after teh fall.

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic

A CT Scan of the Brain along with facial bones would be ideal in this situation to rule out any intra-cranial injuries or cranial bone fractures. Vomiting, loss of consciousness, severe headache, are definitive indications of intra-cranial injury and have to be consulted with a surgeon immediately.
