Swelling On Skin. Are They Allergies? Are They Mosquitoe Bites?

hello, i m not sure if this a skin allergic or some internal thing...when started some 3-4 months back. When i do a little over work like rather than walking if i run down to the busstand or a little of over work.. i start to feel uneasy..and i realize its not ok...then it starts with small piple type swells on the skin( hand ) and then slowly cover the whole body and its turns reddish..its not painful but i kind of feel an internal uneasyness when it happens..at its peak the whole body is covered with those small pimple which have nowgrown to swells as big as musquito bite...it last for some 15-30 mins then its back to normal ...swells are gone. i really donot understand if this is dermo-related or some allergic or what...Please help....thnaks

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Yes what you are having is an uncommon type of urticaria called cholinergic urticaria. It comes under group of diseases called physical urticarias. As your body temperature increases with exercise or brisk walking or running this releases histamine from your sensitive allergy producing cells under your skin called mast cells. Kindly consult a dermatologist for complete work up and treatment.
Hope this helped.
