Sunburn Spots In Face, Neck Growing. Using Suncross Sunscreen Gel, Eslite Cream, Tap Evion, Not Effective. Solution?

Hi
I am Mamta from last 3 to 4 years I am suffering from Sunburn sports in my face and neck, I have consult skin doctor but the sports are not reducing its growing day by day what shall I do.
Today I have change my doctor has suggest me (i) Suncross Sunscreen Gel, (ii) Eslite-115 Cream, (iii) Tap Evion-400.
Or pls suggest me any other cream which I can clean my sports.

Hi.sunburn spots are called freckles.use of sunscreen.eslite cream are sufficient.if not cured change eslite cream to triglow cream use for one month if not subsided go for laser treatment
