Thanks for your query.Based on the report that you have posted It is clear that you have Terratozoospermia.indicting abnormality of morphology of sperms.It is indigestible truth that there is no effective treatment to improve the morphology of the sperms.Please consult some Infertility Specialist and take his help to impregnate your wife by effective assisted reproductive technology like ICSI
