Hi.. Thanks for the query... Humog injection is given to encourage the follicle formation... After the 3 injections are given generally the levels of estrogen hormone either in the blood or urine have to be monitored continuously and when the peak level is reached another injection to break the follicle to release the egg to be given which is usually one week following the first infection... You are advised to have intercourse on the day and one day after the second injection has been given... Alternatively cervical mucus studies can also be done to know the ovulation... Unless we keep a track of estrogen levels it is difficult to tell when the ovulation will occur..
