hi, im 19 years old and 5'3 and i weigh 227 pounds. i have tried many diets like herbalife, artichokee, diet pills, botanical slimming pills, but have not succedes and i feel like i am gaining more weight, the only thing i havent tried i eating 6 meals a day but i think that if i do that i am going to gain more weight so i try not to eat at all what can i do im desperate but i dont want to get surgery

hello and thank you for aksing HCM,

I understand your concern. It is not good to stop eating because it slows down your metabolism, which eventually leads to easier weight gain. My suggestion is to count calories. Women need 2000 and men 2500 calories per day. Try to find on the internet a calorie food table and count your food intake every day. The best would be to seperate the calories in five meals a day.
