Suggest Ways To Lose Weight While Having Extreme Fatigue, Food Cravings And PCOS

I am struggling to lose weight with PCOS. I have extreme cravings and find that I am tired all the time. I have been advised to lose weight and have been trying but i am student, I also work part time and I have coursework and deadlines majority of the time so i stay up late sometimes to dedicate to my studies. what do you suggest I do?

Weight loss can be achieved by diet changes alone though activity is also very important.
If you do not have the chance to exercise right now because of your schedule then you can change your diet.

Since PCOS is associated with insulin resistance, using a low carbohydrate diet maybe your best option.
You would need to stick to it as much as possible.

There are meal plans and menu ideas available online for you.
