Suggest Ways To Lose Body Weight While Having PCOD

Good morning, I m 25 yr old woman having 72 kg weight and 5.3 feet tall.I also have PCOD problem. I want to loose weight Atleast more 12 kgs.can u plz suggest me diet and exercise. Also I wanted to ask that should I go for vlcc weight loss programs. I have side tyres and tummy fat and back fat how to lose these fats??

Women with pcos need to have a high protein, low fat and low carb diet, which means you need to completely cut down on bread and gluten products and increase poultry, fish and meat intake ( organic ) you also need to work out 4-5 times a week for 30 mins, prefer aerobics. You should see a difference soon. If you are on metformin take that medication regularly.
