Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Shaking of the body, and nocturnal emission, may be due to anxiety, or some other disease. Nocturnal emission is a common procedure in many people, may be due to the infection of the urinary tract,or neuritis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such conditions, neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, protein supplements, and multivitamins.
Practice yoga, meditation, and morning walk. Try to be busy all the time, never be lazy.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
