Suggest Ways Of Increasing Body Weight

Hi Sir,
I am 24year old weight 50kg
i have a serious issue in putting weight.
I sleep good 6 to 8 hours a day not regular time because of working in shift.
i take 1)good breakfast
2)good lunch
3) good dinner(some time snacks which makes count 4 time a day)

my parents where Average in weight.you can say thin.
